What we focus on
Every set is applied one extension at a time, isolated from the natural lash. We do not rush this process. The difference between a set that lasts 6 weeks and one that falls out in two is almost entirely in the prep, isolation, and adhesive placement. We get those right.

What to expect
01.
Arrive with clean lashes
Come with no mascara, no eye makeup, and no oily products on or around the eye. This is the single most important thing you can do to help your set last. Oils and residue break down adhesive faster than anything else.
02.
We discuss your look
Before anything is applied, we talk about what you want. Classic or volume. Natural or full. Length, curl, and thickness. We look at your natural lash health and give you an honest recommendation. If a style will not suit your natural lashes, we will tell you.
03.
Application
Each extension is applied to a single isolated natural lash. You lie back, close your eyes, and rest. A full set takes 90 minutes to 2 hours. This is not something that should be rushed. We do not rush it.
04.
Aftercare
No water on your lashes for 24 hours after your appointment. Avoid steam, oils, and rubbing. Sleep on your back if you can. Brush gently every morning. Follow these and your set will last. We will send you the full aftercare guide when you book.
05.
Your infill appointment
Book your infill within 3 weeks. Natural lashes shed every 6 to 8 weeks and your extensions go with them. Infills keep the set looking full without having to start from scratch. We will remind you when it is time.
Classic or volume

Not sure which style is right for you?

The difference is simpler than most salons make it sound. Classic lashes add one extension to each natural lash. The result is defined, natural-looking and low-maintenance. It is the right choice for most people, especially first-timers.

Volume lashes use a fan of two to six ultra-fine extensions per natural lash. The result is fuller and more dramatic. Because each extension is much finer than a classic extension, the total weight on the natural lash is similar. When applied correctly, volume lashes are not heavier or more damaging than classic.

If you are unsure, book a classic set for your first appointment. Once you have worn them for a few weeks, you will know whether you want more fullness.

Classic lashes
One extension per natural lash. Defined and natural. Best for everyday wear and first-time clients.
Volume lashes
2 to 6 ultra-fine extensions per lash. Fuller and more dramatic. Similar weight to classic when done correctly.
Infill window
Book within 3 weeks. After that you may need a new full set. We will let you know when you book.
Lash health
We will not apply extensions that will damage your natural lashes. If your naturals need a rest, we will tell you honestly.
